Our People

Men’s Pie Club is powered by a growing bunch of passionate, down-to-earth people who believe in the power of food, friendship and community. From volunteers and club leaders to our small central team, everyone plays a part in making MPC what it is. Meet the people behind the pies!

Jamie Sadler

Jamie Sadler

From running community food education projects and sustainable restaurants to influencing food policy and launching Men’s Pie Club, Jamie’s all about using food to bring people together and improve health and wellbeing. He’s also the founder of Food Nation and Harissa, and has worked with schools, public health teams and national campaigns to make good food more accessible. He started MPC to help men connect, cook from scratch, and feel part of something – one pie at a time. His goal? To see Men’s Pie Club in every part of the country and beyond – strengthening social connection and belonging through food. Favourite pie: slow-cooked beef cheek and onion in a rich beer gravy!

Dominic Archer

From being a DJ in the 2000s to a Graphic Designer in the 2010s, he's always had a flair for the creative. However, for Dominic, Men's Pie Club is all about seeing the guys come together and building a strong community. He started as a member in 2023, and that experience gives him a unique perspective in his current role. He works directly with volunteers and members on the ground, supporting them in their journey. It is a true privilege for him to help others on the same path he once walked. As a passionate advocate for men's mental health, he continually seeks ways to foster connections. He also enjoys dreaming up new pie recipes! Favourite Pie: Full English Breakfast Pie.
