We were fortunate to welcome photographer and filmmaker Nina Bumbalkova to spend some time with us recently, capturing the heart of what we do here at Men’s Pie Club. Over the course of her visit, Nina followed our sessions across several of our Pie Clubs in the North East, documenting the laughter, stories, and community spirit that come to life whenever our members gather to cook and share pies.
Her film beautifully highlights the people at the centre of our work – ordinary men connecting over something as simple, and as meaningful, as making a pie together. It’s a warm, honest snapshot of the friendships, confidence, and sense of belonging that grow in our kitchens each week.
